1. The heat transfer coefficient K and the friction coefficient f with the performance of the plate-fin heat exchanger were calculated by the heat exchange performance experiment. The results show that the use of orifice head can improve the heat transfer coefficient, improve the heat transfer effect, although the resistance loss has increased, but within the scope of industry is acceptable.
Through the analysis of the thermodynamic process, the relationship between the exergy efficiency of the heat exchanger and Re is calculated. The results show that with the increase of Re, the loss of flow resistance increases and the irreversible loss of the system increases, which makes the exergy efficiency ηe of the titanium plate heat exchanger decrease. Orifice head head performance is always better than the original head, with the increase in Re, the more obvious the improvement effect.
The heat transfer performance parameters of the plate heat exchanger under different working conditions are analyzed, which indicates that the structure of the wrong type is better.
