For the new plate heat exchanger plate package, the maximum allowable clamping value should be used for connection and fixing. Depending on the number of heat exchanger plates of each group of plate heat exchangers, the tightening force of the plate heat exchanger can be adjusted one or more times. When tightening each time, the nut can be screwed into 3mm, and always pay attention during the tightening process Adjust the stress of the heat exchanger plates, and only allow plate heat exchangers without working pressure to adjust the tightening force at room temperature to prevent dripping. For plate heat exchangers that do not give the stress adjustment range on the nameplate, the clamping value is generally given in the parts drawing. When tightening this type of plate heat exchanger, the tightening torque should not be lower than the value specified in the drawing in any case , Because it is related to the installation quality of the heat exchanger plate group of the plate heat exchanger and the deformation of the heat exchanger plate. When the tightening torque reaches the required value, the heat exchanger gasket can be replaced in a planned way. For plate heat exchangers used in important production equipment and corrosive media, it is recommended to have a set of spare heat exchanger gaskets. When the warehouse temperature is 18℃, the heat exchanger gasket of the plate heat exchanger can be stored for about 3 years in the transparent plastic package. Fixing of heat exchanger gaskets: In principle, the fixing of heat exchanger gaskets is divided into two categories: adhesive fixation and non-adhesive fixation. The shape of the heat exchanger gasket should be consistent with the shape of the heat exchanger gasket on the plate heat exchanger.
