The installation problem of the plate heat exchanger
The installation of the plate heat exchanger needs to strictly follow the operating procedure, otherwise it will cause damage to the plate heat exchanger, which will affect the realization of the heat exchange effect.
The installation of plate heat exchanger mainly has the following points:
1. The user can make the foundation according to the installation size and equipment weight.
2. If the plate heat exchanger works above 100°C, the pipe connection must have a thermal stress expansion absorption compensation device.
3. The plate heat exchanger should be installed vertically. When hoisting, pay attention to the center of gravity of the equipment, use the hoisting hole, you can use the upper guide rod to lift. It can also be suspended horizontally, and there should be enough space for maintenance in the installation site.
4. For special cases, the tilting device is allowed, but it must be fixed.
5. Assemble the pipeline: Before piping, check whether the heat exchanger is clamped to the specified clamp to the size range (see the equipment installation drawing for details). If it is not clamped, first clamp to the specified size. Taking into account the convenience of maintenance, the plate heat exchanger is connected to the pipeline with a short section. Pressure gauges and thermometers should be installed at the inlet and outlet of cold and hot media. Generally, a vent valve should be installed on the pipe connecting the upper corner hole. If sewage is used as a cooling medium or the waste heat of the recovered sewage or the medium contains granular solids, a suitable type of automatic discharge filter or decontamination device should be installed upstream of the inlet end of the plate heat exchanger to avoid clogging the heat exchanger. When the possible maximum pressure of the medium is greater than the maximum operating pressure of the heat exchange equipment, a pressure reducing valve and a safety valve should be installed at the entrance of the equipment.
