Why is the heat acceptance rate of the detachable plate heat exchanger high?

In the refrigeration system of the detachable plate heat exchanger unit, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor entering the condenser is condensed into liquid by the air or cooling water in the surrounding environment; the low-temperature refrigerant liquid entering the evaporator is removed from the surrounding air or cooling water. The refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes, thereby reducing the temperature of a certain area, which is in line with the purpose of refrigeration. The process of transferring heat between the refrigerant and the surrounding fluid through the tube wall is called a heat transfer process.

According to the form of the solid wall, if conditions are available, a cleaning-in-place system should be used as much as possible, because the cleaning-in-place system can pump water (or cleaning solution) into the device without disassembling the detachable plate heat exchanger. If a clean-in-place system is impractical for your plant, the unit can be cleaned by manual cleaning. The following will focus on some brief discussion of the clean-in-place cleaning steps. 1 Do not use hydrochloric acid or water with chloride concentration exceeding the requirements to wash stainless steel plates.

2 Do not use phosphoric acid or wash titanium plates.

3 Generally, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be below 4% (except in special cases), and the temperature of the cleaning solution should not exceed 60 °C.
